The practice are looking to hire a Senior Restructuring and Insolvency Solicitor that could progress to Partner.

The Role: Join our vibrant London office as a Senior Restructuring & Insolvency Solicitor. This is a highly progressive opportunity where you'll have a diverse caseload, including covenant breaches, debt restructuring, capital restructuring, asset tracing, liquidations, cross-border recovery, and more. You'll represent a wide range of clients, including banks, private equity firms, investment funds, creditors, retailers, healthcare suppliers, charities, and commercial organizations, often with multi-jurisdictional elements.

Requirements:

• 2-5 years PQE
• Ability to thrive in a team environment with strong training and motivation skills
• Exceptional client care and quality control skills
• Proficiency in financial management
• Strong management and supervisory abilities
• Business development and marketing prowess
