We are searching for an experienced Restructuring Advisory Manager. Make an Impact at RSM UK.

Consulting at RSM brings together teams across Transactions, Risk & Consulting, ABA, and Outsourcing to provide client-centric solutions within the middle market. Our Consulting team plays a key role in driving firm growth, with over 1,700 people generating nearly £200m revenue.

Our core solutions include business transformation, deal services, finance support, risk and governance, forensic services, and restructuring, tailored to help clients achieve strategic goals and empower our staff.

An exciting opportunity exists in our Restructuring Advisory team. You will develop a broad range of skills across advisory and insolvency assignments. The role is primarily based in Manchester, but may require travel across the UK. You will also participate in marketing events and collaborate with Partners and senior team members.

You’ll make an impact by:

1. Completing assignments following the Firm’s procedures and statutory obligations, managing client and company arrangements, including costs and billing.
2. Collaborating with Restructuring Advisory staff to plan and execute insolvency cases, such as Administrations, CVAs, and Receiverships, ensuring compliance with procedures and regulations. Guidance will be provided, but some tasks may involve understanding client challenges and developing solutions.

• Has experience in Restructuring Advisory or Insolvency, with CPI qualification (or equivalent) as an advantage.
• Possesses strong organizational and commercial skills.
• Has excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Is committed to delivering high-quality work on time.
