Job summary

KR8 Advisory sits within the restructuring division of K3 Advisory Group and runs a three-year Graduate Programme in Manchester. The KR8 Graduate Programme offers exposure to Corporate Restructuring with opportunities to gain experience across the Group and access to senior leaders.

The programme focuses on helping financially distressed businesses and enables participation in pitches, stakeholder engagement, and cross‑divisional networking within the Group.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2:1 degree in Accountancy & Finance, Economics, Maths, Sciences, Engineering and related subjects.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel and Microsoft PowerPoint.

Responsibilities

• Asset realisations and ongoing trading insolvencies.
• Budgeting, cash management, managing and negotiating with suppliers.
• Dealing with communication from creditors and employees.
• Accounting functions, cashiering and financial reporting.
• Market businesses for sale, seeking buyers for the businesses.
• Contributing to pitches and presentations.
• Engaging with stakeholders both internally and externally to support delivery.
• Working on multiple engagements simultaneously and ensuring open communication to complete engagements on time.
• Supporting on ad hoc internal business development tasks.
