Job summary

KR8 Advisory, part of K3 Advisory Group, invites graduates to join a three-year KR8 Graduate Programme in London, designed to develop expertise across Business and Capital Advisory. You will support engagements and gain exposure to client activities.

Responsibilities include financial analysis, preparing client reports, engaging with stakeholders, and developing pitch documents while progressing toward permanent roles within the Group. ACCA qualification support and mentorship are provided.

Qualifications

• Minimum of a 2:1 degree in a relevant subject (Including but not limited to: Accountancy & Finance, Economics, Maths, Sciences, Engineering)
• Computer skills – proficient in the use of Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Power Point
• Key skills – strong communication skills with experience to support this and a willingness to learn

• Financial analysis of company performance, with the support of the team
• Preparing reports and deliverables for the client
• Engaging with stakeholders both internally and externally throughout the engagement to support delivery
• Working on multiple engagements simultaneously and ensuring communication is open and transparent to facilitate completing engagements within timeframes

• Supporting on ad hoc internal business development tasks

KR8 Advisory sits within the restructuring division of K3 Advisory Group, providing support to clients when presented with either opportunities or complex financial and operational challenges. Services across KR8 include business and capital advisory, restructuring, personal insolvency and real estate restructuring and valuation services.

About the Graduate Programme

Our Graduate Programme is a three year structured journey designed to give you both breadth and depth of experience across business and capital Advisory, with opportunities to gain experience in other areas throughout the Group.

We work closely with our stakeholders to get businesses back on track. Whether that is undertaking financial forecast and strategic reviews within Business Advisory, or undertaking debt advisory, pre-lend due diligence and financial modelling within Capital Advisory, we have the tools and expertise to help stakeholders pinpoint the optimal business and funding solutions.

Day-to-day responsibilities include:
