Job Description:

We are searching for an experienced Restructuring Advisory Executive to make an impact at RSM UK. Our Consulting team, which includes Transactions, Risk & Consulting, ABA, and Outsourcing, provides client-centric solutions within the middle market. We focus on six main solutions: business transformation, deal services, finance function support, risk and governance, forensic and investigation services, and restructuring.

This role involves working within the Restructuring Delivery Team, supporting the future development and success of RDT. The primary focus is on supporting the RDT on a national basis, communicating with colleagues across regions. The role does not require attending marketing events, but opportunities exist for local involvement if desired.

Corporate insolvency experience is essential. Responsibilities include supporting the Restructuring Delivery Team, delivering administration and liquidation processes, and managing various insolvency matters across different types of cases.

Qualifications:

  • CPI qualification beneficial but not mandatory

Experience and attributes:

  • 2-3 years’ experience in Restructuring Advisory and/or Insolvency
  • Understanding of IPS or similar case management systems
  • Strong organizational and communication skills
  • Ability to deliver high-quality work within deadlines
