We are searching for an experienced Restructuring Advisory Executive to join our team in Birmingham. Make an impact at RSM UK by supporting our Restructuring Delivery Team in delivering high-quality insolvency and restructuring services.

About RSM Consulting

Our consulting team, comprising over 1,700 professionals, offers solutions in business transformation, deal services, finance support, risk, forensic, and restructuring services. We aim to support our clients' strategic goals and empower our people to develop their careers.

The role involves working on a national basis, supporting the Restructuring Delivery Team, and communicating with colleagues across regions. The position does not primarily involve attending marketing events, but opportunities for local engagement are available.

Key responsibilities include:

  1. Supporting the Restructuring Delivery Team
  2. Assisting with Administration and Liquidation processes following standard procedures
  3. Handling Creditors’ Voluntary Liquidation matters
  4. Managing complex investigation cases post-appointment across various insolvency processes

Candidate Profile:

We value diverse experiences. The ideal candidate will have:

  • 2-3 years’ experience in Restructuring Advisory and/or Insolvency
  • Understanding of IPS or similar case management systems
  • Strong organizational and communication skills
  • Ability to deliver high-quality work within deadlines

Qualifications such as CPI are beneficial but not mandatory.
