Do you have a proven track record in grant and contract management for international organisations or institutional funders?

Do you have demonstrable experience of preparing complex and large project budgets?

Do you have demonstrable project management experience and/or a project management qualification? If yes, we want to hear from you.

The Role:

As Restricted Contract Risk Manager, you will support contract management on high-risk restricted contracts where we are Partner Affiliate (PA). You will work with staff at various levels to provide technical guidance on contract risk management, including donor compliance, reporting, stakeholder convening, and issue resolution. Some travel to country offices may be required. Experience in country or regional offices is strongly encouraged.

• Proven grant and contract management experience with large international organisations or donors
• Experience in preparing complex budgets, business analysis, and donor reports
• Ability to influence, facilitate, and work proactively without direct authority
• Excellent English communication skills
• Experience in capacity building and supporting colleagues
• Experience in country/regional offices (desired)
• Knowledge of Arabic, French, or other Oxfam languages (desirable)
