This newly established post reflects our commitment to expanding specialist dental services across Somerset, ensuring high-quality, patient-centred care in restorative dentistry.
The successful candidate will play a pivotal role in delivering consultant-led outpatient and inpatient services, with a focus on complex restorative care including prosthodontics, periodontics, and endodontics. You will work closely with colleagues across specialties--particularly Oral & Maxillofacial Surgery and Orthodontics--to provide integrated multidisciplinary treatment planning and care.

The successful candidate will provide a Restorative Dentistry service, with scope to develop their own area of interest. Main duties are conducted at Musgrove Park Hospital with some clinics held at locations in Exeter.
The consultant will be expected to work within a multi-disciplinary team including a flexible job plan which can be altered by agreement to meet the needs of the service.
