Restoration Technician Water or Fire or Contents or Pack Out or Mold — Full Time • Baltimore

ServiceMaster by Singer is a family-owned restoration contractor that handles smoke, fire, water, mold, and related damage for commercial and residential properties.

Responsibilities

• Lead Water, Fire, Pack-Outs, Content Cleaning, or Mold assignments. Analyze situations and develop a plan of action to return a project to its pre-loss condition.
• Perform mitigation tasks, either independently or by leading a team of technicians.
• Complete all necessary documentation and communicate with the client to provide superior customer service.
• Act as lead on projects within a team model and help develop and mentor other technicians.

Qualifications

• Solid technical skills aligned with industry standards and the ability to perform the full assignment or lead others through the process.
• Career-oriented with opportunities for growth into Production, Internal Operations, Sales, Department Management, or ownership paths.
• Experience working with department leadership to lead projects and teams in water emergency services, pack-out, restoration mitigation, or content cleaning.
