• Proficient in computer and internet use.

Responsibilities

• Meet with customers immediately following water, fire, and smoke damages.
• Manage projects from start to finish, including developing scopes of work.
• Coordinate with insurance professionals regarding project status and costs.

Schedule:

• Monday to Friday 7:30-5pm
• Weekends: Rotating on-call Schedule

Role on the Team (Job Responsibilities):

• Meet with customers and potential customers immediately following water, fire, and/or smoke damages in their home or business.
• Work with vendors and insurance claim professionals to develop effective and efficient restoration strategies.
• Manage projects from start to finish, including developing scopes of work, timelines, and estimates. Maintain communication with all project parties.
• Use our job management software effectively.
• Provide job status reports and updates during production meetings.
• Coordinate with insurance adjusters, public adjusters, and other professionals on scope and costs.
• Communicate proactively with division and general managers regarding project status, subcontractor performance, and supplements.
• Participate in an active on-call rotation to respond to client needs after hours.

Experience:

1+ years of experience as a project manager in restoration or related industries.

Qualifications (Requirements):

• Experience in restoration or related industry.
• Knowledge of the insurance restoration process.
• Strong Xactimate estimating skills.
• Proficient in computer and internet use.
• Experience working in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong interpersonal and organizational skills.

Licenses & Certifications:

• Valid Driver's License.
• IICRC Certifications are a plus.

Pay:

$65,000 - $75,000 base salary + monthly commissions.
