We are now looking for an exceptional waiter/waitress to join our talented front-of-house team and play a key role in the continued success of this much-loved Bermondsey Street institution.
The ideal candidate will have experience of working in a food-focused pub or restaurant and be passionate about delivering an outstanding, guest-first experience across both bar and dining spaces. You will have an understanding of the commercial and operational aspects of hospitality, including stock control, compliance, team development, and wider business performance, with the confidence to support BOH operations where required.
