Key Qualifications and Skills
- Experienced training professional; operations background is desirable

- Intermediate to advanced IT skills (MS Office 365), especially Teams

Responsibilities
- Ensure restaurant teams consistently deliver high-quality guest experiences aligned with brand standards
- Conduct service reviews and guest journey observations to drive coaching and improvements
- Lead in-person coaching visits, providing hands-on support and development
- Foster a culture of ownership and empowerment among team members
- Collaborate with Operations to manage Training Centres and support talent development
- Design and deliver onboarding and training programs, including Manager in Training journeys
- Support new restaurant openings from pre-opening training to operational readiness
- Create development plans and track progress across all levels
- Monitor and report on training effectiveness and participation
- Participate in cross-functional meetings to identify training needs and align on goals
- Review and improve Learning Pathways and training content regularly
- Facilitate workshops on guest experience topics
- Innovate and contribute ideas to enhance practices and employer branding
- Act as a brand ambassador, inspiring and motivating teams
