Contract: Full Time
Salary: 44,000

Responsibilities
  1. Ensure restaurant teams consistently deliver high-quality guest experiences aligned with brand standards
  2. Conduct service reviews and guest journey observations to drive coaching and improvements
  3. Lead in-person coaching visits, providing hands-on support and development
  4. Foster a culture of ownership and empowerment among team members
  5. Collaborate with Operations to manage Training Centres and support talent development
  6. Design and deliver onboarding and training programs, including Manager in Training journeys
  7. Support new restaurant openings from pre-opening training to operational readiness
  8. Create development plans and track progress across all levels
  9. Monitor and report on training effectiveness and participation
  10. Participate in cross-functional meetings to identify training needs and align on goals
  11. Review and improve Learning Pathways and training content regularly
  12. Facilitate workshops on guest experience topics
  13. Innovate and contribute ideas to enhance practices and employer branding
  14. Act as a brand ambassador, inspiring and motivating teams
  15. Commit to ongoing personal and professional development
