Contract: Full Time
Salary: 44,000

Requirements:

  • Experienced training professional, preferably with a background in operations
  • Driven to deliver exceptional guest experiences
  • Intermediate to advanced IT skills (MS Office 365), especially Teams
  • Passion for learning technology
  • Stakeholder engagement and commercial awareness
  • Excellent communication, planning, and time management skills
  • Self-motivated and able to work independently
  • Attention to detail and ability to anticipate needs and react quickly
  • Flexible and adaptable

Responsibilities:

  • Ensure all restaurant teams deliver high-quality guest experiences aligned with brand standards
  • Conduct service reviews and guest journey observations to drive improvements
  • Lead in-person coaching visits, providing support and development
  • Foster a culture of ownership and empowerment among team members
  • Collaborate with Operations to run training centres and support talent development
  • Design and deliver onboarding and training programmes, including Manager in Training
  • Support new restaurant openings from pre-opening to operational readiness
  • Create development plans and track training effectiveness
  • Participate in cross-functional meetings to identify training needs
  • Review and improve Learning Pathways annually
  • Facilitate workshops on guest experience topics
  • Promote YO! Restaurants and Wonderfield Group values and behaviors
  • Engage in ongoing personal development
