Your Key Responsibilities as a Restaurant Team Member Include:

1. Welcoming every customer with a smile and being genuinely friendly at all times
2. Delivering fast, friendly, and accurate service to all customers
3. Resolving simple customer inquiries and referring complex issues to a Manager
4. Ensuring food is prepared and stored according to Health & Safety standards
5. Carrying out temperature checks and recording them as per company procedures
6. Completing daily and weekly cleaning schedules
7. Maintaining standards for product quality, service speed, cleanliness, and sanitation
8. Adhering to restaurant performance standards and shift manager instructions
9. Contributing to the restaurant’s goals and targets
10. Maintaining operational areas to exceed customer expectations, including restocking
11. Reporting work-related incidents or injuries promptly
12. Following safety procedures and wearing PPE when instructed
