Job summary

Franco Manca in Oxford is seeking a Team Member to join our busy restaurant. You’ll help serve guests, assist with dough prep, and contribute to a warm, welcoming dining experience.

No previous experience required as full training is provided. This role offers hourly pay of £12.71–£16.71 with a service charge, plus free meals on shift and a range of staff benefits designed to support your wellbeing and development.

• As a Team Member, you’ll be the heart and soul of our restaurant. Whether you’re serving guests or making sure the dough is just right, every shift is about creating great moments for our customers.
• You’ll deliver amazing service with a smile, making every customer feel like part of the Franco family.
• Be hands-on – whether it’s taking orders, serving up drinks, or bringing the best sourdough pizza to the table.
• Work as part of a team to keep the restaurant buzzing, even during the busiest shifts.
• Help maintain high standards of cleanliness, food quality and presentation.
• Live and breathe the Franco vibe – friendly, positive and always ready to lend a hand.

Job description

• £12.71 – 16.71 per hour OTE (including service charge - our data says you can earn between £1 to £4 per hour on top of your pay)
