Job summary

Franco Manca is hiring a Team Member to join our Kingston upon Thames restaurant. You’ll serve guests, help prepare dough, and contribute to a welcoming, fast-paced service that puts a smile on every customer.

We offer competitive hourly pay (£12.71–£16.71 including service charge), free pizzas, lunches, a pension, wellbeing support, and a range of staff perks across the UK. No previous restaurant experience required—full training provided through Franco Academy.

• £12.71 - 16.71 per hour OTE (including service charge - our data says you can earn between £1 to £4 per hour on top of your pay)
