As a Restaurant Team Member, you will create exceptional guest experiences, whether greeting guests or preparing bakery items. Your energy, enthusiasm, and passion for service will make you a top team member in this fast-paced environment.

Excellent communication skills, a focus on customer satisfaction, and flexibility to work various hours (including early mornings, afternoons, evenings, and weekends) are essential.

Your key responsibilities include:

  1. Welcoming customers warmly and being genuinely friendly
  2. Providing fast, friendly, and accurate service
  3. Resolving simple customer inquiries and referring complex issues to a manager
  4. Ensuring food is prepared, stored, and served according to health & safety standards
  5. Carrying out temperature checks and recording results
  6. Completing daily and weekly cleaning schedules
  7. Maintaining product quality, service speed, cleanliness, and sanitation standards
  8. Following performance standards and shift manager instructions
  9. Contributing to the restaurant's goals and targets
  10. Maintaining operational and kitchen areas to exceed cleanliness and comfort expectations, including restocking
  11. Reporting near misses, injuries, or illnesses promptly
  12. Following safety procedures and wearing PPE when instructed
