Your Key Responsibilities Include:

• Welcoming customers with a smile and friendliness
• Providing fast, friendly, and accurate service
• Resolving simple customer inquiries and referring complex issues to a Manager
• Ensuring food is prepared, stored, and maintained according to health and safety standards
• Carrying out temperature checks and recording results
• Completing cleaning schedules as per the chart
• Following standards for quality, speed, cleanliness, and sanitation
• Adhering to performance standards and shift manager instructions
• Contributing to the restaurant’s goals and targets
• Maintaining operational and kitchen areas to exceed cleanliness and comfort expectations
• Reporting near misses, injuries, and illnesses promptly
• Following procedures and wearing PPE when required
