Your Key Responsibilities As Restaurant Team Member Include
  1. Welcoming every customer with a smile and being genuinely friendly at all times
  2. Delivering fast, friendly, and accurate service to all customers
  3. Attempt to resolve simple customer enquiries and referring difficult customer enquiries to a Manager
  4. Ensure food is prepared and stored and preparation areas are maintained according to Health & Safety and Audit standards
  5. Carry out temperature checks and record as per company process
  6. Complete daily and weekly cleaning schedules as per cleaning chart
  7. Following critical standards for raw and finished product quality, service speed, cleanliness, and sanitation
  8. Adhering to restaurant performance standards for crew stations and as per shift manager directions
  9. Being aware of the goals and targets of the restaurant. This ensures your actions contribute towards achieving them.
  10. Maintain operational & kitchen areas to exceed customer cleanliness, comfort & convenience expectations including the restocking of workstations
  11. Report all work-related near misses, injuries, and illnesses as soon as possible
  12. Follow correct procedures and reasonable instructions including wearing Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) when instructed
