Job summary

Franco Manca in Brighton is seeking a friendly Team Member to join our restaurant team. You will help serve guests, prepare and present pizzas, and contribute to a welcoming dining experience for every guest.

We value energy, teamwork and a can-do attitude. No prior experience required as we’ll teach you everything you need to know. Perks include free pizzas, pension, wellbeing resources, and staff discounts.

Responsibilities

• Serve guests and ensure the dough is just right, delivering great moments for customers.

• Be hands-on – take orders, serve drinks, and bring the best sourdough pizza to the table.
• Work as part of a team to keep the restaurant buzzing, even during busy shifts.
• Help maintain high standards of cleanliness, food quality and presentation.

Job description

• £12.71 – 16.71 per hour OTE (including service charge - our data says you can earn between £1 to £4 per hour on top of your pay)
