Your key responsibilities include:

• Welcoming customers with a smile and friendly attitude
• Providing fast, friendly, and accurate service
• Resolving simple customer inquiries and referring complex issues to a manager
• Ensuring food is prepared, stored, and areas maintained according to health, safety, and audit standards
• Carrying out temperature checks and recording results
• Completing daily and weekly cleaning schedules
• Maintaining quality, speed, cleanliness, and sanitation standards
• Following performance standards and shift manager instructions
• Contributing to restaurant goals and targets
• Keeping operational and kitchen areas clean, stocked, and comfortable for customers
• Reporting near misses, injuries, or illnesses promptly
• Following safety procedures and wearing PPE when required
