As part of Rhubarb Hospitality Collection, our 150-cover restaurant serves an eclectic brasserie-style menu featuring international favourites and British specials. Pilots is a destination in its own right, offering a perfect dining option for all.

Role Purpose

• Location: Heathrow Terminal 5
• Salary: £14 per hour

We are seeking an experienced Team Leader to join us at Pilots Bar and Kitchen.

Ideally, you will have experience as a senior waiter/waitress or section leader within busy restaurants & bars; experience from hotels or fast-paced high street restaurants is also suitable.

Most importantly, you will have the passion, etiquette, and character to offer a warm and attentive experience that will be a highlight of our guests’ journey.
