Thorpe Park has a fantastic opportunity for two Restaurant & Bar Team Leaders to join our Hotel Restaurant Team.

Are you ready for an exciting adventure in hospitality? We're looking for energetic individuals passionate about food, drinks, and guest satisfaction. Leadership experience is a plus, but experience in the restaurant, bar, or food and beverage industry is most important.

A day in the life of a Restaurant & Bar Team Leader:

• Collaborate with duty managers to uphold high standards across all operations
• Manage breakfast and dinner shifts, ensuring smooth service
• Oversee the dining experience and assist guests with enquiries
• Complete checklists and cleaning schedules promptly
• Motivate and mentor team members, leading by example
• Drive sales and revenue targets
• Create a positive, adaptable team environment
• Ensure staff engagement, happiness, and well-being

What you need to bring:

• Experience in team leadership (preferred)
• Passion for excellent customer service and guest experiences
• Outstanding interpersonal skills
• Strong organizational skills and ability to work under pressure
• Must be over 18
• Flexible availability to meet business needs
