Thorpe Park has a fantastic opportunity for two Restaurant & Bar Team Leaders to join our Hotel Restaurant Team.

A day in the life of a Restaurant & Bar Team Leader

• Collaborate with duty managers to uphold high standards across all operations
• Manage breakfast and dinner shifts, ensuring smooth service
• Oversee the dining experience and assist guests with inquiries
• Support timely completion of checklists and cleaning schedules
• Inspire and mentor team members, serving as a role model
• Drive sales and revenue while achieving targets
• Foster a positive team environment that embraces change and growth
• Ensure staff are engaged, happy, and well-supported

What you need to bring

• Leadership experience is preferred
• A passion for excellent customer service and memorable guest experiences
• Outstanding interpersonal skills to motivate and inspire
• Strong organizational skills and ability to work under pressure
• Must be over 18 due to role requirements
• Flexible availability to meet business needs
