Restaurant Supervisor AM - Luxury Hotel

We are looking for a full-time AM Restaurant Supervisor with previous experience as a restaurant supervisor, an outgoing and confident personality, and a strong knowledge of F&B Operations. The ideal candidate excels at selling high-quality luxury products and has a collaborative approach to leading a team. This position reports directly to the Assistant Restaurant Manager.

Location: The Milestone Hotel & Residences

Employment type: Full-time

Working pattern: Morning shift work, 5 days on and 2 days off

Salary: £27,000 per year + service charge

Key Responsibilities of a Restaurant Supervisor:

  • Supervise and lead restaurant staff, providing training and ensuring high service standards are met.
  • Ensure exceptional service quality by addressing guest needs, managing complaints, and maintaining a positive dining atmosphere.
  • Oversee daily restaurant operations, ensuring smooth service, timely order fulfillment, and effective coordination between front and back of house.
  • Monitor and maintain inventory levels, reorder supplies, and ensure minimal waste.
  • Ensure the restaurant adheres to health, safety, and hygiene regulations, providing a safe and clean environment for both guests and staff.
