Experience, Skills, and Abilities

  • Excellent customer service skills, with the ability to engage with guests in a friendly and welcoming manner.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, including active listening and effective verbal communication.
  • Attention to detail to accurately record guest information, manage reservations, and fulfill special requests.
  • Basic knowledge of restaurant operations, including menu items, service procedures, and safety protocols.
