Officially launched in 2022, our stylish waterfront hotel and resort is right on the shores of Salcombe's South Sands Beach. Bringing the outside in, the beachfront restaurant features a seafood-inspired menu showcasing the best local produce in the region. An all-day dining affair, expect relaxed banquette seating. The restaurant includes a wrap-around terrace for lunch or dinner overlooking the water. The resort’s exclusive event space featuring an outdoor-indoor flow offers chic beachside vibes. With views over the water, this stunning space opens out onto the lower terrace for outside eating and drinking. Our Beach Club Spa features an indoor pool, sauna, steam room, and five treatment rooms.

The role…

We have a superb opportunity for a Restaurant Supervisor to join the team to assist with the day-to-day service within the restaurant. As Restaurant Supervisor, you will need a minimum of 2 years' restaurant experience, ideally with some supervisory experience, and be capable of working in a fast-paced environment. You will also need to be a strong communicator with a real passion for service excellence.
