The Restaurant is located within Audley Retirement village, which features a health club, library, fine dining restaurant, bar, and luxury suites. Audley villages consist of residents who live on-site in private homes and also welcome external guests. As our Restaurant Supervisor, you will play a key role in the smooth operation of Audley villages, supervising the team to ensure that both Owners and External Customers receive the highest quality service and experience.
You will ensure team compliance with legislative requirements such as COSHH, Fire Safety, Health & Safety, and Safeguarding. Maintaining high standards of comfort, cleanliness, and hygiene across the bistro, restaurant, and customer areas is essential.
You will uphold the highest standards of dress and appearance and be prepared to cover staff shortages by deputising in various roles. Handling complaints warmly and empathetically is also part of your responsibilities.
