Monitor stock levels, handle deliveries, and ensure accurate record-keeping. Assist in managing rotas, ensuring adequate staffing levels for peak times. Handle customer feedback professionally, resolving issues promptly and ensuring customer satisfaction. Maintain health and safety standards, ensuring compliance with all food hygiene regulations. You will have previous experience in a Supervisor or Team Leader role within a Hospitality or fast paced restaurant setting.
