Job summary

De Vere Cotswold Water Park is seeking a Restaurant Supervisor to join our Food & Beverage team. You will assist with the preparation, setup and service of restaurants to ensure smooth operations and exceptional guest experiences.

The role emphasizes a positive, service‑oriented approach, coaching and developing team members, and delivering high standards under pressure. Comes with varied shifts and a comprehensive benefits package.

Job description

As the Restaurant Supervisor you'll work with our Restaurant Manager participating in the preparation, set up and service of the restauants to ensure they run smoothly. You'll create memorable food and beverage experiences for our guests ensuring efficient, high standards of service at all time.

• You will have experience as a Restaurant Supervisor preferably in a hotel environment although this is not essential
• A positive approach and excellent communication skills with the ability to motivate, inspire and develop a team
• A service orientated approach and a passion for high standards with experience of coaching, developing and training team members
• Well organised, flexible and able to work well under pressure £28,134 per year
