An exciting opportunity has arisen to join the Catering Team at Basildon Hospital as aRestaurant Supervisor. Based within our newly refurbished staff and visitor restaurant, you will play a key role in ensuring the smooth day-to-day operation of the service, delivering a high-quality dining experience for patients, visitors and colleagues.
As a Restaurant Supervisor, you will provide hands-on leadership, support and guidance to the catering team, ensuring high standards of food safety, customer service and operational efficiency are maintained at all times.
We are looking for an enthusiastic, motivated and customer-focused individual with previous catering or hospitality supervisory experience, excellent communication skills and a commitment to delivering outstanding service.
