The Signet Group's The Alfriston in East Sussex invites applications for a Restaurant Supervisor to lead the Food and Beverage team. You will deliver outstanding guest experiences and manage daily service in a luxury hotel setting.

We arelooking for a highly professionalRestaurant Supervisortojoin our Food and Beverage team at The Alfriston located in East Sussex.

Our 41-bedroomhotel which has been beautifully redesigned dates to the 14th century and istucked away in the storybook village of Alfriston where the rolling South Downsmeet the winding Cuckmere River.

Our hotel featuresa stunning function room, The 1554 Brasserie, Godfrey’s Bar, which includes aterrace to enjoy the revamped herb and vegetable plots across the hotelgardens. Our Orangery serves breakfast and afternoon tea daily with views overthe rear gardens, and our Signet spa includes a heated outdoor swimming poolwith plenty of space to unwind, inside you'll find a steam room, sauna, and intimate treatmentrooms.
