Shift Supervisor Responsibilities:

• Preferably one or more years of management or supervisory experience
• Guide team members in preparing quality meals, delivering excellent customer service, and maintaining an upbeat work environment
• Possess thorough knowledge of store setup, operation, breakdown, and cleaning procedures
• Manage daily activities to ensure overall company success, including task delegation, adherence to cleaning policies, and opening/closing operations
• Assist in training, developing, and fostering a positive team culture
• Compensation: $15/hour plus tips
