Tim Hortons is expanding in the UK and we are looking for enthusiastic individuals to join us! With a rich history in Canada and over 5,000 restaurants worldwide, we serve over 2 billion cups of coffee annually. We plan to open hundreds of new locations in the UK over the next decade.

Ideal candidates are outgoing, experienced in restaurant or quick service environments, and possess excellent communication skills. Flexibility to work various shifts, including mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays, is essential.


Key Responsibilities

  • Customer Service: Lead by example, prioritize customer satisfaction, and ensure operational efficiency through staff scheduling and store walk-throughs.
  • People Management: Foster team suggestions and concerns, provide performance feedback, and promote a respectful, inclusive workplace.
  • Driving Sales: Understand sales trends, ensure proper product merchandising, and coach staff on upselling techniques.
  • Operations: Manage KPIs, oversee stock, maintenance, and safety standards, and ensure smooth opening and closing procedures.

Key Requirements
  • Previous restaurant management experience.
  • Flexible, disciplined, and team-oriented approach.
  • Experience in food service is advantageous but not essential.
  • Strong numeracy and literacy skills.
  • Commitment to food hygiene and safety standards.
  • Experience handling customer complaints.
