We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Server/Waiter/Waitress to join our team in delivering exceptional dining experiences to our guests. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in hospitality and food service, demonstrating excellent guest service skills while efficiently managing time and tasks. As a Server/Waiter/Waitress, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring customer satisfaction through attentive service, knowledge of our menu offerings, and the ability to upsell items effectively.

Responsibilities

1. Greet and seat guests promptly, providing menus and offering assistance as needed.
2. Take accurate food and beverage orders while ensuring all dietary restrictions are noted.
3. Serve food and drinks in a timely manner, ensuring presentation meets our standards.
4. Maintain knowledge of menu items, including ingredients and preparation methods, to provide recommendations and upsell items.
5. Assist with food preparation and ensure adherence to food safety standards.
6. Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure smooth service flow and address any guest concerns promptly.
7. Clear tables efficiently and prepare them for the next guests while maintaining cleanliness in the dining area.
8. Handle payments accurately using basic maths skills for cash transactions.

Experience

1. Previous experience in a kitchen or hospitality environment is preferred but not essential.
2. Familiarity with food preparation techniques and food safety regulations is advantageous.
3. Strong time management skills to handle multiple tables efficiently during busy periods.
4. Excellent guest services skills with a friendly disposition towards customers.
