The Role. We are looking for a highly professional and personable Experienced Receptionist to join our dedicated team. The ideal candidate will play a key role in creating unforgettable first impressions and ensuring the smooth flow of day-to-day operations.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Welcome guests with a friendly and professional demeanour, ensuring they feel valued and appreciated.
2. Efficiently manage reservations using OpenTable booking system, ensuring a smooth and organised flow of guests.
3. Handle incoming calls and emails promptly, addressing customer inquiries and special requests effectively.
4. Collaborate with the restaurant team to accommodate guest preferences and special occasions, ensuring a seamless service.
5. Resolve any guest issues or complaints with poise and professionalism, striving to exceed customer expectations.

Qualifications:

1. Previous experience as a receptionist in a high-end restaurant.
2. Proficiency in using OpenTable booking systems is essential.
3. Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with a strong command of the English language.
4. A passion for delivering exceptional customer service and creating unforgettable guest experiences.
5. Strong organisational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritise in a fast-paced environment.
6. Professional appearance and manner, reflecting the upscale nature of our restaurant.
