What You Need to Do:

• Ensure an exceptional guest experience by maintaining high standards in dish preparation and team skills.
• Maintain spotless food, health, and safety standards; understand financial metrics like gross profit, stock control, and labor costs.
• Build a coaching culture within your team, working closely with the Head Chef on recruitment and development.
• Be a proactive problem solver, able to make quick decisions and think on your feet.
