The role |

As a Senior Sous Chef, you’ll be an inspirational leader, creating a positive environment for your team and guests. You will support in coaching and developing your team to be the best they can be while driving restaurant performance and delivering excellent results.

What we look for |

• A Head Chef or Senior Sous Chef with experience leading a kitchen team, driving performance through positive behavior and actions in a fast-paced and complex environment.
• A strong communicator who has genuine conversations with consideration and care, ensuring your team feels heard and supported.
• Experience in maintaining high standards of food, health, and safety.
• Understanding of the financial performance of a kitchen, including gross profit, stock control, and labor costs.
• Ability to manage and react to changing demands, controlling labor costs effectively.
• Leadership qualities that inspire and engage your team to nourish and flourish in their roles and careers.
• A passion for creating an inclusive environment where your team feels respected and that they belong.
• A forward-thinking problem solver, able to think on your feet and make quick decisions.
