The role |

As a Senior Sous Chef, you’ll be an inspirational leader, creating a positive environment for your team and guests. You will support continuous coaching and development of your team to excel while driving restaurant performance and delivering excellent results.

• Dedicated to ensuring an excellent guest experience, with every dish prepared to exceptional standards, either through your efforts or by empowering your team.
• Experienced in maintaining high standards of food safety, health, and safety, and understanding financial performance including gross profit, stock control, and labor costs.
• Focused on building a coaching culture within your team, working with your head chef on recruitment and ongoing development, fostering personal and professional growth.
• A forward-thinking problem solver, able to think quickly and make decisions on the spot.
