Wingstop UK - Glasgow Fort is seeking an Assistant Manager to be a key leader in the restaurant, partnering with the General Manager to drive performance, develop the team, and deliver an exceptional customer experience.

You’ll coach Shift Managers and Crew, support recruitment and training, and own day-to-day operations to keep shifts running smoothly, food quality high, and standards consistently strong. This hands-on role offers real responsibility with a clear path to general manager roles.
