Wingstop UK is seeking an Assistant Manager for one of our dine-in restaurants in Glasgow. You’ll work closely with the General Manager to drive performance, develop your team, and deliver outstanding customer experiences.

This hands-on role requires ownership of day-to-day operations and high standards across service, food quality and cleanliness. You’ll lead shifts, coach Shift Managers and Crew, assist with recruitment and training, and help create a positive, energetic environment.

Qualifications

• Previous management experience in hospitality or retail.
