The role |

As a general manager, you will inspire your team to deliver exceptional guest experiences, maintain high standards, and drive restaurant performance through coaching and development.

Requirements |

• Prioritize creating a positive and inclusive work culture through emotional intelligence, inspiration, and effective delegation. Provide training, coaching, and mentorship to emerging leaders.
• Dedicate to excellence in guest experience, ensuring every interaction reflects exceptional service.
• Possess strong financial skills, including budgeting, inventory, labor management, and strategic marketing, with data-driven decision-making.
• Focus on building and nurturing your team, from recruitment to ongoing development.
