The Role:

As a General Manager, you will inspire your team to deliver exceptional guest experiences, maintain high standards, and drive restaurant performance. You will coach and develop your team to be their best while achieving excellent results.

Responsibilities include:

  • Fostering a positive and inclusive work culture through emotional intelligence, inspiration, and effective delegation.
  • Providing training, coaching, and mentorship to develop emerging leaders.
  • Ensuring exceptional guest service through personal effort and team empowerment.
  • Managing financial aspects such as budgeting, inventory, labour, and strategic marketing, using data to inform decisions.
  • Building and nurturing your team from recruitment through ongoing development.
  • Cultivating an inclusive environment where team members feel respected and valued.
  • Being a forward-thinking problem solver capable of making quick decisions.
