Can you keep service flowing smoother than the River Ouse, balance a full restaurant like you're strolling the city walls, and still notice when table five's Sunday roast needs extra gravy? Pearly Cow is an independent collection of grill restaurants in York, Brighton and Margate and where we serve up the most indulgent cuts of meat and the freshest fish in gorgeous settings, where you'll feel right at home.

What you'll bring
  • Running the restaurant floor with confidence, personality, and Yorkshire pride
  • Delivering seamless service from breakfast through to dinner, and running private events, ensuring every guest leaves happier than when they arrived
  • Coaching and motivating your team so they shine brighter than the Minster at golden hour
  • Working closely with the kitchen to champion local, seasonal produce and create memorable dining experiences
  • Keeping an eagle eye on the details - from table settings to wine pairings - so the experience always feels special
  • Handling the behind-the-scenes bits like rotas, stock, and compliance (because smooth service doesn't happen by accident)
