Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Restaurant Manager at White's, located in Belfast. The Restaurant Manager will be responsible for overseeing daily operations, ensuring customer satisfaction and high-quality customer service. Other responsibilities include managing staff, hiring and training employees, overseeing food and beverage service, and maintaining communication with both staff and customers to ensure a smooth dining experience. Responding to emails and any booking requests.

• Experience in Hiring and managing staff
• Knowledge and experience in Food & Beverage management
• Strong leadership and team management abilities
• Excellent problem-solving skills
• Previous experience in a similar role within the hospitality industry is preferred
