Salary: £37,000 - £39,250
Reporting to the General Manager, our Restaurant Managers play a pivotal role in the daily success and operation of the restaurant. The role involves creating a winning team and delivering excellent service to our guests.

We seek a near-General Manager level operator with the experience and confidence to lead a high-volume, complex site. The ideal candidate will thrive in a fast-paced, seasonal environment and be adaptable to changing trade. Strong wet-led business acumen, a sharp commercial mindset, and leadership skills to motivate a large team are essential. Key responsibilities include:
  • Supporting the General Manager in recruitment, induction, and onboarding of new team members.
  • Demonstrating leadership through a hands-on approach and effective communication, engaging and motivating the team via pre-shift briefs.
  • Driving individual performance through regular coaching and one-to-one meetings, ensuring clear understanding of goals.
  • Maintaining high standards and attention to detail in a high-volume, fast-paced environment.
  • Showing passion for the brand and ensuring the team is knowledgeable and confident.
  • Managing labour and cost margins effectively, driving sales and revenue, and using guest feedback to maximize opportunities.
  • Championing change and implementing innovations with the team.
