About the Restaurant Manager

As Restaurant Manager, you will be the figurehead of our elegant and expansive fine dining restaurant — curating and delivering an experience defined by sophistication, precision, and impeccable service.

You will have the autonomy to craft a truly standout front-of-house culture, where every guest interaction reflects luxury hospitality at its finest.

Partnering closely with the Executive Head Chef and Food & Beverage leadership, you will ensure that service, atmosphere, and cuisine work in perfect harmony.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead the full operational management of a refined, large-capacity fine dining restaurant, ensuring seamless service and a flawless guest journey.

  • Inspire, coach, and develop a professional front-of-house team, setting exemplary standards in presentation, etiquette, and guest engagement.

  • Collaborate with the culinary team to align service style with a menu that champions creativity, provenance, and seasonality.

  • Uphold a reputation for excellence — creating a destination restaurant that is as memorable as its setting.

  • Control and optimise commercial performance, from revenue growth and GP management to staffing and service efficiencies.

  • Maintain full compliance with health & safety, licensing, and operational best practices.
