With its kitchen garden and farm-to-fork approach, they are aiming to be one of the most progressive restaurants in the UK, offering best-in-class food, drink, and service.

What we are looking for in Restaurant Manager candidates:

  • A proven track record within first-class restaurants, with a focus on high-quality, volume service
  • Restaurant Manager experience within a Michelin Star restaurants is highly desirable - you must have worked with tasting menu style service in the past
  • Proactive, flexible and adaptable, with great attention to detail
  • Good length of service and loyalty shown to previous employers
  • Ability to train and develop your team to get the best for every employee
