A fantastic Restaurant Manager job in Wales (North Pembrokeshire), paying a salary of up to £38,000 plus tronc has become available. Live in/Accommodation Available.

There are two venues under the same ownership, a Hotel & Restaurant and a beachfront Pub. Depending on your experience and working style, we are happy for you to be based at either of the sites.

Live In Restaurant Manager Job Highlights:

• Base salary of £35,000 - £38,000 negotiable on experience and preference of venue.
• Tips/tronc on top of salary (approx. £3,000+).
• Cash tips given weekly and tronc tips paid into monthly salary.
• Potential for performance bonuses down the line.
• Live In Accommodation available – high-quality accommodation. To be agreed… around £100 per week (bills included).
• Full-time, year-round position.
• Staff discount on food.
• 28 days holiday per year, company pension.
