About the client:
Our client is a fast casual concept that specialises in all day dining and top notch customer service.

Responsibilities of the Restaurant Manager – Live In:

  • Overseeing the day-to-day operations of the restaurant.
  • Leading and supervising the team, fostering a collaborative and motivated work environment.
  • Maintaining the highest standards, while being very FOH focussed.
  • Ensuring and upholding high standards for food quality and presentation.
  • Efficiently managing inventory, placing orders for supplies, and effectively controlling operational costs.
  • Prioritizing excellent customer service and guaranteeing overall customer satisfaction.
  • Implementing and enforcing rigorous health and safety standards to ensure the well-being of customers and staff.
